Section 7.5: Qualification for taking the exam

(A)
Each authority to host a "Qualification for Practice in Specialized Professions or as Technicians Exam” and "Qualification for Practice in Para-Specialized Professions or as Para-Technicians Exam” can set minimum

1. Number of years of experience requirement

2. Education requirement

3. Training requirement

4. Minimum age’s requirement

To be qualify for taking any "Qualification for Practice in Specialized Professions or as Technicians Exam” exam sub sub category and "Qualification for Practice in Para-Specialized Professions or as Para-Technicians Exam” exam sub sub category with such authority, but the minimum experience, education and training requirement, such authority set for 

1. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" should not be higher than

2. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level One Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate"

And the minimum experience, education and training requirement, such authority set for 

1. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Four Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate", should not be higher than

2. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Three Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate", which should not be higher than

3. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate", which should not be higher than

4. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate"

(B)
The minimum ages requirement to take a

1. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Four Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate", 

2. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Three Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate", 

3. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate", 

4. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate"

5. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" should not be higher than

6. "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level One Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate"

With any authority, should not be more then eighteen and should not be less then sixteen.

(C)
Subject to above,

1. Those who hold a "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" for over one year, should qualify to take "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level One Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" exam

2. Those who hold a "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level One Para-Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" for over one year, should qualify to take "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Four Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" exam

3. Those who hold a "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Four Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" for over one year, should qualify to take "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Three Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" exam

4. Those who hold a "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Three Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" for over one year, should qualify to take "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" exam


5. Those who hold a "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level Two Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" for over one year, should qualify to take "Commonwealth of Australia Approved Level One Specialist Public Functionaries Certificate" exam
