2. Senior Official rank
But can include all other rank
(C) The
1. Department and
2. Administration

(D) The Executive
Department of a Town or, County cannot have position of Official Rank but can
have position of all General Personnel rank
(E) The Executive Department of Special Sub District cannot have position of

Personnel rank
But can include all other rank
(G) The Executive Department of a Sub District can have position of
1. Middle General Personnel rank
2. Junior General
Personnel rank and
3. Assistant General
Personnel rank.
But cannot have position of any other rank.
(H) The Executive Staff of a Suburb Council, a Shire Council or a Regional Council is of the Junior General Personnel rank, but should hold no other rank.
(I) The Assistant Executive Staff of a Suburb Council, a Shire Council, a Regional Council or a Neighbourhood Committee is of Assistant General Personnel rank, but should hold no other rank.
