Section 6.2 Aboriginal Australian


(A)
Chapter 1 Part 3 section 25 of the constitution and Chapter 1 Part 5 section 51 article xxvi of the constitution is deemed as racist and inappropriate and should no longer be used.

(B)
The Commonwealth should recognize Aboriginal Australian culture, to be a part of the culture of the Commonwealth and actively preserve Aboriginal Australian cultures and languages.

(C)
The House of Representative should have two Indigenous Australian Reserved Seats. The Senate should have one Indigenous Australian Reserved Seat. Such seat should be hold by citizen of the Commonwealth who got over ten percent indigenous Australian heritage, he should be elected by all citizen of the Commonwealth, who got over ten percent indigenous Australian heritage and is age seventeen or over but can exclude those who got criminal record.

(D)

Starting from the year, 2020 to the year 2070, all education for citizens of the Commonwealth who have over ten percent Aboriginal Australian heritage, within public education institution of the Commonwealth, should be free and the Commonwealth should provide, each of such Aboriginal Australian students, with an allowance, to assist them in completing their education, if such Aboriginal Australia student, is under the age of eighteen.
