Section 4.6: Miscellaneous

(A)

The Federal Senate of the Commonwealth should have at least one Senator from each State and each Federal District. The Federal House of Representative of the Commonwealth should have at least two Representatives from each Federal District and two Representatives from each State, including at least one Representative from each Province and each State District. 

(B) The number of State and Federal District combine should be no more than fifty

(C) The number of Province and State District combine should be no more than one hundred.

The Ministry of Human Resource of a State and a Federal District is the highest Human Resource authority for such State or Federal District and the highest Human Resource authority for the, Provinces, Districts, Sub Districts, Special Sub District, Town and County that is subject to it.
