(A)
The Executive Government
of the Commonwealth should be split into three branches, including House of
Administration, House of Armed Forces and House of Human Resource.
(B)
There should be a
Chancellor and a Vice Chancellor; he should be over the age of forty.
The Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor should be appointed by the Prime
Minister. It the Prime Minister is absent, such authority is given to the Acting
Prime Minister, but the Prime Minister can overrule the decision of the Acting
Prime Minister, after returning from absent. The Chancellor and the Vice
Chancellor should serve a term that expires upon the pleasure of the Prime
Minister.
