Article 11: Oath, Affirmation and Symbol of the Commonwealth

(A)

The symbol of the Commonwealth should be the image of Roman Deity Minerva, with an emu standing to her right and a kangaroo standing to her right as her honour guard. The Roman Deity Minerva is also the Greek Goddess Athena

(B)

Before taking his office as the 

1. President

2. Vice President

3. Prime Minister, 

4. Deputy Prime Minister, 

5. Acting Prime Minister 

6. Governor General

7. Member of the House of Administration, 

8. Secretary Armed Forces Council, 

9. Members of the House of Human Resource, 

10. Chancellor, 

11. Vice Chancellor, 

12. Member of the Senate, 

13. Member of the House of Representative, 

14. Justice of the Federal High Court, 

15. Premier, Acting Premier or Governor of a State, Province or District

16. Member of the Senate of a State, Province or District

17. Sub Premier, Mayor or Lieutenant Prefect of a Sub District or Special Sub District

18. Chief of a Suburb Council, Shire Council, Regional Council or a Neighbourhood Committee

19. Members of the House of Representative of a Town, County or Special Sub District

20. Official of the Commonwealth

He should take one of the following oath and affirmation, known as

1 "The Commonwealth of Australia, Oath and Affirmation"

2 “The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation to Minerva"

3. “The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation to Athena”

4. "The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation to Thor"

(C)

“The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation” should be as following,

"I do sincerely swear and affirm, subject to not causing disturbance to peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty, I will be loyal to the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Australia and to the best of my ability defend and protect the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the people of the Commonwealth of Australia. SO, HELP ME HEAVEN!"

It can be done via swearing upon a copy of the Constitution of the Commonwealth or the doctrine of a set of ideology that father modern western value, such doctrines include

1. "The Moral of Confucius" by Benjamin Franklin from America

2. The doctrine of Voltaire ideology from France

3. The doctrine of Francis Quesnay ideology from France

4. The doctrine of Physiocrats ideology from France

5. "The Analects of Confucius" from ancient China and

6. The doctrine of Ralph Waldo Emerson ideology from America

(D)

“The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation to Minerva" should be as following

"I do sincerely swear and affirm, to the Goddess Minerva subject to not causing disturbance to peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty, I will be loyal to the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Australia and to the best of my ability defend and protect the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the people of the Commonwealth of Australia.  SO, HELP ME MY LADY! HAIL MINERVA!"

The person taking the oath should swear to an idol or image of the goddess Minerva and to an idol or image of the goddess Minerva, only.

(E)

“The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation to Athena" should be as following

"I do sincerely swear and affirm, to the Goddess Athena subject to not causing disturbance to peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty, I will be loyal to the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Australia and to the best of my ability defend and protect the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the people of the Commonwealth of Australia.  SO, HELP ME MY LADY! HAIL ATHENA!"

The person taking the oath should swear to an idol or image of the goddess Athena and to an idol or image of the goddess Athena, only.

(G)

“The Commonwealth of Australia Oath and Affirmation to Odin and Thor" should be as following

"I do sincerely swear and affirm, to the God Thor subject to not causing disturbance to peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty, I will be loyal to the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Australia and to the best of my ability defend and protect the peace, freedom, harmony, enlightenment, prosperity and liberty of the people of the Commonwealth of Australia.  SO, HELP ME MY LORD! HAIL THOR!"

The person taking the oath should swear to an idol or image of the god Thor and to an idol or image of the god Thor, only.

(H)

The term "Almighty God" and "Lord Spiritual and Temporal and Commons" within the following passages of the constitution should be replaced by one of the following terms "The Almighty Goddess Athena". "the Almighty Goddess Minerva" or "the Almighty God Thor"

"WHEREAS the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, and under the Constitution hereby established:"

"Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
